2026年，基础教学部外语教研室联合外语党支部正式开启“行走· 讲述· 传承”—— Travel Far, Tell China’ Stories, Pass On the Spirit of China 讲好中国故事活动。活动以“踏迹文化阵地，厚植家国情怀，讲好中国故事”为主题，面向全校学生常态化开展研学实践。旨在依托研学之旅，引导学生亲身领略祖国壮美山河、感悟中华深厚文脉，着力打造沉浸式文化浸润与家国情怀育人实践课堂；同时鼓励学生以英语为载体，向世界讲好真实立体的中国故事，赓续中华民族精神血脉。
同学们探访文博场馆、分享历史文化、介绍山河风貌，用英语讲述鲜活生动的中国故事，在行走体验与对外表达中厚植民族底气、提升文化自信。本期研学分享，让我们跟随电气与控制工程学院电网25-1李炳达同学，共同探寻天坛的岁月底蕴 —— 穿行红墙蓝瓦之间，品读六百载皇家礼制遗存；身为志愿讲解员，梳理古建沿革、为游客提供游览导引。厚重历史积淀与暖心志愿服务相融共生，让中华文脉的温度留存于古建遗存与青年热忱服务之中。
行 走
天坛始建于明永乐十八年（1420 年），是明清时期帝王举行祭天、祈谷礼仪的专用建筑群，占地面积约 273 万平方米，是全球现存规模最大的祭天礼制建筑群。1998 年，天坛被联合国教科文组织列入《世界遗产名录》，成为全人类共享的珍贵文化遗产。
Constructed in the 18th year of the Yongle reign of the Ming Dynasty (1420), the Temple of Heaven served as a venue where emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties held rituals to worship heaven and pray for bumper harvests. Covering an area of about 2.73 million square meters, it is the largest surviving ritual complex for heaven worship across the world. In 1998, UNESCO inscribed the Temple of Heaven on the World Heritage List, making it a precious cultural heritage shared by all mankind.
讲述
作为天坛文化讲解志愿者，我的主要工作是向参观者普及天坛历史与传统礼乐文化，解答参观咨询问题，倡导游客文明观览。每日清晨七点半到岗，我值守在园区核心景观点位，接待海内外来访游客。
我以中英双语为每天慕名而来的数百名游客解读天坛建筑承载的传统礼乐内涵：祈年殿三层重檐，映射我国传统天人合一、天地人共生的人文理念；圜丘坛九级台阶是古代王朝礼制等级的具象体现，反映当时的封建等级制度；回音壁凝聚古代工匠先进的声学营造技艺，依托弧形墙体结构实现远距离传声；皇穹宇内部藻井采用榫卯咬合工艺，全构件无铁钉铆钉辅助，数百年来稳固屹立，尽显传统木构营造技艺的高超水准……
在志愿服务过程中，我结识一位德国退休历史教授。他伫立圜丘坛中心，静静思索良久，随后向我分享感悟：“置身此处，我能体会到人与自然相融的平和意境。这座古建筑绝非砖石木料的简单堆砌，而是中华传统哲学思想的实物载体。” 这番感悟令我深受触动。
As a volunteer interpreter at the Temple of Heaven, my primary responsibilities cover popularizing the temple’s historical context and traditional ritual culture for visitors, answering consultation requests and advocating civilized sightseeing. I report for duty at 7:30 every morning and station myself at key scenic spots to welcome visitors from home and abroad.
Every day, I interpret the ritual connotations embedded in the Temple of Heaven for hundreds of visitors in both Chinese and English. The triple-tiered roof of the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests mirrors the traditional Chinese humanistic concept of harmonious coexistence between heaven, earth and humanity. The nine tiers of stone steps on the Circular Mound Altar serve as a concrete embodiment of ancient dynastic ritual ranks, reflecting the feudal hierarchical system of that era. The Echo Wall embodies the advanced acoustic construction techniques of ancient craftsmen, whose curved wall structure enables sound transmission over long distances. The intricate caisson ceiling inside the Imperial Vault of Heaven adopts a mortise-and-tenon joint structure without any nails or rivets, remaining stable for hundreds of years and fully demonstrating the superb craftsmanship of ancient wooden architecture.
During my volunteer service, I met a retired history professor from Germany. Standing at the heart of the Circular Mound Altar, he sank into deep thought for a long time before sharing his insights with me: "Standing here, I can feel a peaceful harmony between humans and nature. This ancient architectural complex is far more than a pile of stones and wood; it is a physical carrier of traditional Chinese philosophy." His insights struck a deep chord within me.
传 承
在志愿讲解工作的准备阶段，我深入挖掘并读懂了天坛积淀千年的文化底蕴与历史故事。明代永乐年间，明成祖朱棣迁都北京，为完善国家礼制体系、规范皇家祭天礼仪，主持营建了天坛这一核心礼制建筑。古时，皇家于每年冬至在此举行祭天祈谷礼制仪式，寄托风调雨顺、五谷丰登、国泰民安的美好愿景。
清乾隆年间，朝廷对天坛进行了大规模修缮与规制完善，留存下众多珍贵碑刻题记，为这座古建筑群增添了丰厚的历史人文印记。深入了解后我深刻认识到，天坛的每一处建筑设计、每一处规制布局，都承载着中华礼制文化、营造技艺与传统人文理念，是古人智慧与审美凝结的文化瑰宝。
这段志愿服务经历，也让我真切体悟到“行走·讲述·传承”的深刻内涵。行走，让我们走近历史、触摸古迹，亲身感受中华优秀传统文化的温度与厚度；讲述，让我们传播优秀文化、融通中外，用语言搭建文化交流的桥梁；传承，让我们扛起青年使命，用青春行动延续千年文明火种。
一砖一瓦藏底蕴，一草一木载文脉，天坛的每一处遗迹都静静诉说着源远流长的华夏故事。新时代青年，正是中华优秀传统文化最鲜活的讲述者、最坚定的传承者。正如本次志愿活动所倡导的：用脚步丈量山河文脉，用声音讲述中国故事。
While preparing for volunteer explanation work, I have deeply explored and understood the profound historical and cultural connotations behind the Temple of Heaven. During the Yongle reign of the Ming Dynasty, Emperor Zhu Di moved the capital to Beijing and constructed the Temple of Heaven to improve the national ritual system and standardize royal heaven-worshipping ceremonies. In ancient times, royal rituals of heaven worship and harvest prayer were held here every winter solstice, embodying people’s sincere aspirations for favorable weather, bumper grain harvests and national peace and prosperity.
In the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty, large-scale renovations and standardized improvements were carried out on the Temple of Heaven, leaving numerous precious inscriptions and stone steles that enrich the site’s historical and cultural heritage. I have come to realize that every architectural design and layout of the Temple of Heaven embodies traditional Chinese ritual culture, ancient construction techniques and profound humanistic ideas, serving as a treasure condensed from the wisdom and aesthetics of ancient craftsmen.
This volunteer experience has helped me truly comprehend the essence of “Walking, Interpreting and Inheriting”. Walking brings us close to history and cultural relics, allowing us to perceive the depth and warmth of traditional Chinese culture. Interpreting enables us to spread cultural heritage and build bridges for cultural exchanges with our words. Inheriting inspires us to shoulder youthful responsibility, root ourselves in cultural heritage, and pass on the torch of ancient civilization through practical actions.
Every brick and tile, every ancient tree and historic relic carries profound cultural heritage, telling the time-honored stories of China. As young people in the new era, we are the most vivid narrators and firm inheritors of fine traditional Chinese culture. As advocated by this volunteer activity: Measure the heritage of mountains and rivers with footsteps, and tell authentic Chinese stories with voices.
笃行
志愿服务的时光虽然短暂，但在我的成长历程中却留下了深刻而珍贵的印记。天坛悠悠古音久久萦绕耳畔，时刻警醒着我，中华优秀传统文化的保护、阐释与传承事业使命光荣、任重道远。作为新时代青年学子，我们应积极响应“行走·讲述·传承”的文化实践号召，主动走出课堂、扎根文化阵地，在实地探访中感悟历史底蕴、体悟文化力量。我们将亲身所见、心中所感沉淀为文字内容与宣讲表达，在躬身实践中厚植文化自信、锤炼青年责任与担当。未来，我愿以青春之步履丈量华夏沃土，以青春之声音传播中华文脉，主动担当文化传播与文明传承的时代使命，让源远流长、博大精深的中华优秀传统文化焕发新的时代活力，在新时代的广阔舞台上熠熠生辉、生生不息。
Though my volunteer service during the vacation was brief, it has left a profound and precious imprint on my personal growth. The lingering ancient bell of the Temple of Heaven constantly reminds me that the preservation, interpretation and inheritance of fine traditional Chinese culture is a glorious mission with a long and arduous journey ahead. As young students in the new era, we should actively respond to the cultural practice initiative of "Walking, Interpreting and Inheriting". Stepping out of the classroom and immersing ourselves in cultural venues, we perceive historical heritage and cultural power through on-site exploration. We translate what we have witnessed and realized into written works and public explanations, so as to consolidate cultural confidence and forge youthful responsibility through practical experience. Going forward, I am willing to traverse the fertile land of China with youthful footsteps and carry forward traditional Chinese culture with youthful voices. I will undertake the contemporary mission of cultural communication and heritage, enabling the time-honored and profound fine traditional Chinese culture to radiate new vitality and shine brilliantly in the new era.
