大家用英语讲述中国故事——分享历史与文化、探访博物馆、介绍家乡风貌，在行走与表达中厚植民族自豪感、增强文化自信。本期推文分享的是会计25-2班李妍瑾同学的清明旅行plog，她带我们走进济南，感受独特魅力。

Travel plog
济南，一座被泉水滋养了千年的城市，别称“泉城”。这里不仅有“家家泉水，户户垂杨”的诗意，更有深厚的历史底蕴与现代都市的活力。
Jinan,a city nourished by springs for thousands of years,is also known as “the city of the springs”. It praises not only the poetic scene of "springs flowing by every household and willows draping outside every yard", but also profound historical heritage as well as the vitality of a modern metropolis.
清明踏春之际，我动身前往素有泉城美名的济南游玩。潺潺清泉，秀美的湖光景致与老城市井的烟火交织相融，让我真切体悟到齐鲁大地独有的温润底蕴。承蒙英语老师提议，我借此写下济南的见闻与感触，与大家一齐分享。
At the time of spring excursion for Qingming Festival, I set off to visit Jinan, which reputed as the City of Springs. With murmuring springs, gorgeous lake scenery and bustling old-town life integrated together, I truly experienced the gentle and distinctive charm of Shandong. At the suggestion of my English teacher, I record what I saw and felt on this trip to Jinan to share with all of you.

“看那三个大泉，一年四季，昼夜不停，老那么翻滚。”
Look at those three major springs. They surge nonstop day and night all year round, rolling endlessly all the time.
作为中国文学史上一直反复出现的主题，趵突泉的名号早已响彻天下。从宋代曾巩到现代老舍，我们能一遍遍地品味出其中泉水的清澈可爱与喷涌不息。
As a recurring motif throughout the history of Chinese literature, Baotu Spring has long been renowned far and wide. From Zeng Gong of the Song Dynasty to Lao She in modern times, we can constantly appreciate the crystal clarity, lovely grace and ceaseless surging of its spring water.
千佛山
Thousand Buddhas Mountain
“山对济南城，人言帝舜耕。”
Facing Jinan City stands the mountain;People say Emperor Shun plowed this land.
依山而建，是古朴庄严；始于唐朝，是底蕴深厚。弥勒胜苑，又称“江北第一大佛”，作为国内最大的露天贴金佛像，它最建城历史不至三十载，但好像早已于此端坐，静静地守护着泉城与它的百姓们。山间林木繁茂，半山腰坐落着古朴的兴国禅寺，佛龛石刻错落分布，充满禅意。山上万佛洞藏有万千造像，历史韵味浓厚。沿石阶登顶，可俯瞰整座泉城，大明湖与老城风光尽收眼底，完美印证“一城山色半城湖”的景致。每逢重阳，山间庙会热闹非凡。它融合舜帝人文与佛教文化，不高却温润厚重，是感受济南山水与千年文脉的好去处。
It is an ancient and solemn structure that is built against hills, and it is a site with profound cultural heritage that originates from the Tang Dynasty.The Mile Victory Garden, also known as "the No.1 Giant Buddha North of the Yangtze River", is the largest outdoor gilded Buddha statue in China. Its construction history is less than thirty years, yet it seems to have sat here from time immemorial, quietly guarding Jinan and its residents. Lush trees cover the mountain slopes, with the ancient Xingguo Temple halfway up. Buddha niches and stone carvings scatter all over, creating a peaceful Buddhist atmosphere. The Ten Thousand Buddha Cave houses countless stone statues with profound historical value. Climbing to the peak, visitors overlook the whole city, enjoying panoramic views of Daming Lake and old town, matching the famous line “half the city is lake, half framed by hills”. The mountain blends Shun culture and Buddhist heritage, a gentle treasure to appreciate Jinan’s scenery and history.

四月的仲春，天晴暖融，春江水暖恍若江南。作为济南的三大名胜之一，大明湖就像济南里的一颗明珠，璀璨夺目。
In mid-spring of April, the weather is bright and warm, and the mild water evokes the scenery south of the Yangtze River. As one of Jinan's three most famous scenic spots, Daming Lake is a bright, dazzling pearl embedded in the city.

来到济南，最不能错过的就是把子肉和烧烤。把子肉选用五花肉，用蒲草捆好，加酱料长时间焖煮。肉块色泽红润，肥肉软糯不腻，瘦肉紧实入味，汤汁拌米饭十分下饭，是济南人日常爱吃的鲁菜家常菜。济南烧烤名气很大，被称作串都。傍晚坐在街边，吃烤串、喝冰镇扎啤，氛围轻松热闹。把子肉代表济南安稳的日常滋味，烧烤展现当地人爽朗随性的性格，两道美食尽显这座城市独特的饮食魅力。
When you come to Jinan,something you absolutely shouldn’t miss are bundled braised pork and local barbecue. Bundled braised pork uses streaky pork tied with cattail grass and stewed in sauce for a long time. The meat looks ruddy. The fatty part is soft and not greasy, while the lean part tastes savory. Its gravy goes perfectly with rice, a regular home-cooked Shandong dish for locals.Jinan is also famous as the City of Skewers. . People enjoy skewers and cold draft beer outdoors in the evening. Bundled braised pork stands for peaceful daily taste, and barbecue shows locals’ outgoing personality, fully presenting Jinan’s unique food charm.
济南是一座温柔的泉城，清泉、山湖与烟火人间在此相融。漫步老城，趵突泉活水奔涌，大明湖荷柳相映，千佛山静立城中，山水风光自带诗意。这里既有舜耕传说、唐宋石刻沉淀的千年文脉，也有街巷间地道的把子肉、烟火十足的烧烤，舌尖风味藏着齐鲁百姓的淳朴热忱。不必追赶拥挤行程，慢走街巷，听泉水叮咚，看市民临泉泡茶闲谈，便能读懂这座城市独有的松弛气质。自然山水、历史古迹与市井生活完美交织，济南没有喧嚣浮躁，只用温润绵长的泉韵，留住每一位游人的心。
Jinan is a gentle City of Springs, where clear springs, mountains, lakes and ordinary folk life blend harmoniously. Wandering the old town, you can see surging water at Baotu Spring, lotus flowers and willows lining Daming Lake, and quiet Qianfo Mountain standing in the city, all forming poetic landscapes. It boasts time-honored culture from the legend of Emperor Shun and stone carvings of Tang and Song dynasties, as well as delicious local food like bundled braised pork and authentic barbecue, which show the sincerity of Shandong people. There is no need for a tight schedule. Stroll slowly, listen to the gurgling springs, and watch locals chat and make tea beside the water to feel the city’s laid-back vibe. Combining natural scenery, historic sites and lively streets, Jinan is free of hustle and bustle, winning every visitor’s heart with its mild and lasting charm of springs.
