2026年寒假，辽宁工程技术大学基础教学部外语教研室与外语党支部发起特别倡议，号召同学们在假期走出校园，用脚步丈量祖国的大好河山，开展“旅行打卡”活动，聚焦“行走·讲述·传承”——Travel Far, Tell China’s Story, Pass On the Spirit of China，鼓励学生在旅途中亲身感知祖国壮美山河与深厚文化，用英语向世界讲述真实、立体的中国，传承中华民族的精神血脉。
大家用英语讲述中国故事——分享历史与文化、探访博物馆、介绍家乡风貌，在行走与表达中厚植民族自豪感、增强文化自信。本期推文分享的是电气24-8班张洪铭同学的寒假旅行plog，他带我们走进“山城”“雾都”重庆，感受热辣与浪漫并存的独特魅力。
山城雾都，热辣与浪漫共存

As a sophomore in college,I spent my meaningful winter vacation travelling to Chongqing,a distinctive city in southwest China.This journey not only helped me relax from heavy academic pressure but also broadened my horizons and enriched my life experience.As travelling around China has become a popular trend,it is a great opportunity to promote the spectacular landscapes of our country.Invited by Teacher Li from FLTRP English,I would like to share my travel plog here.
南滨路
Nanbin Road
重庆亦被称为中国雾都，冬季的雾犹如揉碎的云絮，漫过层叠的山巅，缠上临江的楼宇。
Chongqing is also known as the "Foggy City" of China. In winter, the fog is like shredded clouds, flowing over the overlapping mountain peaks and wrapping around the buildings along the river.
夜幕降临，万家灯火亮起，重庆的夜，永远不缺浪漫。
As night falls, thousands of lights turn on— Chongqing’s nights are always full of romance.
洪崖洞
Hongyadong
赴一场赛博朋克与古风交织的梦，19:30 准时亮起的灯火，把吊脚楼揉进嘉陵江的夜色里。
Step into a real-life Spirited Away scene. The lanterns light up at 19:30, turning the stilted buildings into a fairyland by Jialing River.
在千厮门大桥拍全景，才懂重庆的立体浪漫，晚风一吹，所有疲惫都消散。
Take the panoramic shot at Qiansimen Bridge, and you’ll understand the 3D romance of Chongqing. The evening breeze washes away all tiredness.
李子坝

亲眼见证魔幻交通，列车从居民楼呼啸穿过，是重庆独有的城市奇迹。
Witness the magical traffic moment— the light rail roars through the residential building, a unique urban miracle of Chongqing.
火锅自由
Chongqing Hot Pot
九宫格牛油锅底，毛肚、黄喉、鸭肠涮尽江湖气，辣到嘶哈也停不下筷子。
A nine-grid beef tallow hot pot, boiling beef omasum, pork aorta and duck intestines, full of rivers and lakes charm. You can’t stop eating even when spicy.
配一碗冰汤圆，冰火两重天，是重庆舌尖的极致快乐。
Pair with iced glutinous rice balls, the contrast of hot and cold is the ultimate joy on Chongqing’s tongue.
热辣、醇香、上头，这就是重庆的味道。
Spicy, fragrant, addictive— this is the taste of Chongqing.

错落有致的房子结合迷宫般的街道，感受山城之美。
The houses, arranged in a staggered and orderly manner, combined with the maze-like streets, allow you to experience the beauty of the mountain city.
白象居
Bai Xiangju
放慢脚步体验重庆的生活气息，入耳的是本地居民的日常闲聊，楼梯间的麻将声，入眼的是重庆老式居民楼与楼外的长江。
Slow down and experience the local atmosphere of Chongqing. What you hear are the daily conversations of the local residents, the mahjong sounds in the stairwell, and what you see are the old-style residential buildings in Chongqing and the Yangtze River outside them.
重庆是一座氤氲着浓厚历史文化气息的城市，亦是一本书写中国故事的鲜活典籍。作为底蕴深厚的军事与文化重镇，这里见证了中华民族的抗日救亡征程，也见证了凝聚中国智慧与坚韧的伟大三峡工程。巴渝文化的底蕴、火锅传承的烟火，还有山城百姓勤劳实干的精神，皆凝练着中华传统的精髓。漫步在重庆的街巷间，既能触摸到厚重的历史脉络，亦能感受中国蓬勃的发展活力，这座城市也因此成为中国故事里一抹独特别致的色彩。
Chongqing is a city with a rich historical and cultural atmosphere.it is a liying book of China’sstories.As an old military and cultural hub,it witnessed the nation’s struggles in the Anti-Japanese War and thegreat Three Gorges Project,a symbol of China’s wisdom and perseverance.Its Bayu culture,hot pot heritage and the spieits of handworking locals all reflect Chinese traditions.Walking its streets,you can feel the deep history and vibrant development of China,making it a special part of our country’s tale.
山城结语
城里有山，山里有城，雾都的风，火锅的辣，夜景的美，都让人念念不忘。
A city built on mountains, surrounded by mist, with spicy hot pot and stunning night views— everything here is unforgettable.
重庆，一座来了就不想走的城。
